Welcome to your guided meditation.

Now find a space,

A space that you considered comfortable.

A space that you could call your own.

Or maybe a space that you feel safe.

That you feel secured.

That you may relax.

Now sit down in this comfortable space.

Maybe place your hands on your lap.

Allow yourself to be more comfortable each rest.

For every inhale and for every exhale.

Continue breathing in and out of your nose.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

And exhale.

You're now very relaxed.

Now silently,

Just in your head,

Repeat these lines after me.

I am bliss.

I am friendship.

I am harmony.

I am love.

I am intelligence.

I am friendliness.

I am wisdom.

I am good heartedness.

I am warmth.

I am security.

I am strength.

I am power.

I am endurance.

I am wealth.

I am humility.

I am hospitality.

Now slowly take everything in.

Come back to your natural breathing.
