When was the last time you felt happy? Can you remember the details? Where it is, what time was it? Who are you with? Remember the smallest of details and maybe feel the atmosphere. Know that you can always come back to that moment.

Welcome to your guided meditation.

Find a space that you would identify as safe and comfortable.

Now sit down gently lengthening your spine from your tailbone all the way up to the crown of your head.

Gently place your hands on top of your lap,

Maybe allow yourself to get some pillows to add comfort to where you are right now.

You are now very relaxed.

Experience the relaxation in your body.

How do your feet feel right now?

How do your legs feel?

Your arms?

How do your hands feel?

At this moment you are feeling relaxed and happy.

Here and now things are okay.

Did you know that you can always and at any time come back to this space?

This is your body,

Your mind.

You may come here anytime you wish.

This relaxation that you are feeling right now is your inner home.

Nobody can take this from you.

You will learn how to get here anytime you wish.

Now slowly come back to your breathing,

Inhaling to your nose,

Exhaling softly to your lips.

Do that two more times.

Inhale and exhale.

Last one.

Inhale and slowly exhale.

Thank you so much for joining.

This is the end of your guided meditation.
