Mindfulness reset.

In this exercise,

In just two minutes,

I'm going to relax the mind,

The body and the emotions.

So when you feel ready,

Either gently close your eyes or rest your gaze downwards.

I'm going to say some words to you and you're going to repeat them back in your mind and follow your instructions.

Relax the forehead.

Relax the nose.

Relax the mouth.

Relax the cheeks.

Relax the ears.

Relax the eyes.

Relax the scalp.

Relax the chin.

Relax the shoulders.

Relax the arms.

Relax the hands.

Relax the torso.

Relax the back.

Relax the legs.

Relax the feet.

Relax the arms.

Relax the toes.

Relax the fingers.

Relax the body.
