With your kids,
With a friend.
Just things that gave you a positive feeling inside.
Don't worry about all the things that went wrong today or over the week.
Just focus on all the good,
All of the things that went well and that you're grateful for.
Write those down in your journal now.
Just taking a minute or two for yourself to reflect.
At the end of your journaling,
Read back over your notes now and as you read each item,
Just allow yourself to feel warm and happy inside for each thing that you are grateful for in your life.
And after reading over all of your notes,
All the things that have just happened in your life,
In your day,
In your week that you're grateful for,
Just take a moment to close your eyes now and feel all the love in your heart and all the warmth inside and be thankful for every positive experience that you've had.
Sit in this space for as long as you like,
