Alice Bagley-Harrison

Alice is a yoga and meditation teacher, functional movement and health coach. She lives in England with her husband and two sons. She teaches online and from Songbird Sanctuary—her magical garden retreat in Yorkshire, specialising in chronic pain recovery coaching, integrating mindful movement, breath work and deep rest practices. Having lived with chronic IBS, complex grief and Long Covid, Alice knows how hard it can be to feel unwell—and how powerful it is when things start to shift. Her approach is rooted in self-compassion and trusting the wisdom of the body. Whether listening deep in the night to a sleep relaxation or quietly tuning in to your breath and becoming aware of what's really going on for you, Alice’s work is an invitation to feel truly well again and to move through life with more ease and peace.

Amazing meditation for nervous system, autonomic dysfunction, autoimmune & long COVID relief. I plan to do this daily and reflect upon the changes. I felt physical and emotional relief during this meditation. Appreciate you focusing on this topic and helping those who are suffering while healing.
