Alice is a chronic pain coach, meditation & movement teacher. She lives in the beautiful North of England with her husband and two sons. She teaches online with people from all round the world, and from Songbird Sanctuary—her magical garden retreat in Yorkshire. Having lived with chronic IBS, complex grief and more recently Long Covid, Alice knows how hard it is to be unwell, and how powerful it is when things start to positively shift. Her approach is always rooted in deep self-compassion and seeing the body as a friend. Whether listening deep in the night to a sleep relaxation or quietly tuning in to your breath, Alice’s work is an invitation to feel truly well again and to move through life with more ease and peace.
