Please find a comfortable seat with a pillow maybe under your buttocks and your leg crossed,
Your hand on your lap.
Try to not move your body too much but keep your eyes open.
This meditation today we're going to look around without moving the head,
Just the eyes.
So make sure there is light in the room you're in,
Okay?
Let's take a breath together,
Inhale with your nose,
Exhale with your mouth.
Yeah,
That's the way to settle.
Let's do it one more time,
Inhale with your nose,
And exhale with your mouth.
Now let your eyes look around the room or the place you're in and find any object that is white,
The color of the clouds,
Maybe your bed or your walls,
Your ceiling.
If you're outside,
Maybe the clouds.
Just note with your eyes a few objects that are white.
The rule is you may move your eyes and a little bit your head but not your body,
Not your legs,
Not your torso.
It's just a little turn around and if you have no white color,
Don't worry.
I will name all the colors for you to find.
Now take a nice deep breath and exhale,
Closing your eyes.
With the next inhale,
Open your eyes and look around you for the color blue.
What type of blue,
Dark or light?
Can you see?
Looking gently around,
No rush,
Just as if you didn't want to scare a ladybug on you.
Don't move too fast.
If you have a window,
Maybe you can see the blue sky behind.
Great.
Take a nice deep breath.
Close your eyes,
Exhale.
And with your next inhale,
Open your eyes and find objects,
Books,
Toys,
Things that are yellow.
Where can you find some yellow?
Maybe it's on your clothing.
The carpet you're on,
Look everywhere.
Whisk your Yosidi.
And let that go by closing your eyes and taking a nice inhale and an exhale.
Open your eyes and find some pink or fish here in your room or outside.
And it can be just a little bit of a piece of pink on a book or a big stain of pink on your wall.
Just be curious where else,
Where else can you find some pink?
And slowly close your eyes and exhale.
And our last color for today.
Let's open your eyes and find some green.
Maybe there is plants around you or grass or trees through the windows.
Maybe it's easier toys,
Your carpet,
Your couch.
Anything green coming to your eyes,
Let it sink in.
And now gently close your eyes and exhale and keep them closed for a moment longer and imagine your favorite color,
Whether I named it or I didn't.
As you inhale coming through your nostril and coming into your body and nourishing you anything you need.
Love,
Playfulness,
Calm,
Healing.
You can take a few breaths.
You can invite a few different colors.
You can even make a rainbow and just breathe in any colors that make you feel happy and well.
Feeling up your chest and your belly making you happy and peaceful.
Less angry,
Less stressed.
Perfect.
Filled up with good,
Good,
Good color.
You can continue a little longer or you could stop with us.
Remember when you feel a little awkward,
A little sad,
A little scared,
You can always breathe in some beautiful color to make you feel better.
