Welcome to this Rambo meditation.
Meditation for children alone,
Always a parent.
Let's take a moment to find a very nice way to lay down.
Make sure your head is on the floor,
Your back,
Your buttocks and your leg very well laying down.
You can have a pillow,
You can be on your bed.
You can also be at school and not with your parents but with a teacher.
Let's breathe a little bit as you arrive there laying down.
Settle yourself.
Wiggle one last time.
Then come to stillness.
Don't move your feet,
Neither your hands.
One thing is surely still moving.
It's your belly when you're breathing but that's okay.
We won't stop that.
You can only control your hands and your feet and your eyes so do that.
Laying there,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Breathing in with your nose,
Breathing out with your mouth.
One more time.
And hopefully now your eyes are closed,
Your body is still and we can go on a little adventure together.
Let's imagine yourself laying down under a beautiful rainbow.
And together we're going to count the color.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven.
Let's name the color together now.
Yellow,
Orange,
Red,
Pink,
Purple,
Blue.
And what could be the last color?
Maybe gold?
Yeah,
Let's go with gold.
So now let's take a breath for each color.
Inhale with your nose and imagine your whole body becoming yellow.
And exhale,
Spread the yellow all over your hands,
Your feet,
Your legs,
Your arm.
Nice.
Now let's paint your whole body orange.
Inhale,
Think of orange.
Exhale,
Bring the orange color all around your body,
Your belly,
Your chest,
Your legs,
Your feet,
Your arms and hands.
Everything is orange,
Even your head.
Now let's pick the red.
Inhale with your nose,
Your nose becomes all red like a strawberry.
Your face and your shoulder and your arm and your tummy and your legs,
Your knees,
Your feet are red like a strawberry or a tomato.
Breathing in there.
Let's now be all pink.
Inhale with your nose and your eyes become pink and your forehead and your whole hair and your shoulder and your arms and hands and tummy and hips and legs and feet.
Everything is pink.
Now we're going to turn everything purple.
Let's go with purple.
Inhale with your nose.
Everything turned purple like your mouth and your jaw and your throat,
Your shoulder and chest,
Your tummy and legs,
Your feet.
Everything is purple.
Let's become blue.
Inhaling blue.
Exhaling all blue,
Blue,
Blue,
Blue,
Blue hair,
Blue eyes,
Blue lips,
Blue,
Blue.
And finally let's invite our last color,
The color gold.
Inhale and exhale.
Bring in the gold all over you,
Your sparkling all over,
Sprinkled gold in your shoulder,
In your hands,
In your tummy,
In your legs,
In your feet.
And in your heart.
Let's stay here for a little bit as you breathe.
Maybe you can place your hand in your heart.
And savor being gold,
Precious.
Breathing here in and out.
Notice how you feel.
Knowing that you are precious.
Having been transformed in all those different colors of the rainbow.
You can pick your favorite one now or maybe one we left out.
We didn't mention.
Maybe your favorite color is green or brown or black or white.
You can invite that color in right now and breathe it in with your nose.
And imagine your whole body coloring in that color from your head to your toes.
You are becoming your favorite color.
Maybe a color we've talked about or a new color you like too much to stop.
And imagine yourself when you're coloring that color that you're the happiest that can be.
It's like it's your birthday or something.
You are so happy when you think of that color.
And you feel your body so well,
So healthy,
But also so calm.
You are happy and calm at the same time.
You feel it in your heart and you feel it in your breath.
Now that's really nice.
And you know,
Remember,
You can come back to that meditation anytime you want.
Whether you're here with me or in your mind.
You can think of the rainbow and breathe each color and make yourself happy.
Even on the day where you're a little sad.
Thank you.
Thank you for thinking of making a meditation.
Thank you for coming.
See you next time.
Or at least hear you next time.
