The year that just passed.
So imagine yourself sitting at the top of a mountain,
Surrounded by any weather you want,
And looking down at the ballet.
And imagining that this ballet is 2020.
And I'm gonna say some questions and I invite you to just see what pops up,
What type of thoughts pop up in your mind.
As you look at the ballet of 2020,
Can you name a major blessing that you experience in your mind?
A major blessing of 2020.
And letting that drift a little away.
What do you think caused you to grow in this year of 2020?
What made you change?
And see what comes up.
Did you tackle any new skill?
Maybe you become very good at something completely new and foreign.
Was there any inspiring people or inspiring situation?
See their faces,
Their voice,
You know,
All the action of many people together.
If you recall one of your best days in 2020,
What was it?
What were you doing?
And then finally,
In what way did you improve your life in 2020?
What new habits?
