Welcome in this kids meditation.
I'm inviting you to find a very comfortable seat on your couch,
On the floor,
On the pillow or maybe on your bed.
You could be sitting or laying down.
Today we will go in an adventure in nature to help you calm down and relax.
So if you are ready,
Close your eyes or keep them gently open by looking in the ceiling or something like that.
And let's pay attention to your ears.
Maybe you can even feel them and touch them for an instant,
The outside of your ears.
And with his hair all around,
You can remove the hair from around there.
And open those ears as big as you can to hear the sound coming from the nature around me.
I'll leave you a moment to hear.
As bees passing by,
Bird twitting,
Crickets.
Hear them all.
Maybe a frog or a toad.
The sound of the river.
You can imagine a whole place surrounded by you.
Green and trees,
River,
Birds,
Little ants.
All animals in nature inviting you to relax your body.
Let's listen a little more.
There's nothing to do.
You don't need to move your body.
Just let it go heavily.
Can you also hear sound around you,
Around your house,
Your apartment,
Your room?
Maybe somebody making noise in the room next to yours or car passing.
Can you imagine that?
And then come back to the sound of my recording and my voice.
Hearing the birds once more.
Can you hear your own breath?
When your nose take in the breath,
It's called inhaling.
And when your nose let go of the breath,
It's called excelling.
Can you hear that for a little bit?
Can you maybe able to hear everything at once?
Your breath,
My nature and the sound around you.
It's amazing.
You can choose what you listen to.
Because the next moment,
You try to relax all the muscle of your face,
Taking a nice breath.
Exhale and release the tension in your neck,
In your arms,
In your belly.
Take another breath in your belly.
Relax,
Relax,
Relax.
Breathe in your legs,
Your feet.
Steady and heavy.
Great.
Hopefully,
You're a little calmer now.
And remember,
You can do this at all time.
Open your ears,
Get very quiet and start listening to all the sound around you.
And every time you hear your breath,
Remember,
This is a cue to help you release your body of all the tension.
All right now,
Have a good day,
All night.
Goodbye.
