Good morning there,
I hope you slept like a baby,
And how exciting is it to have the blessing of experiencing another day in this world.
Before you get on with setting up for another successful day,
Let's give your day this little boost it deserves so you can perform at your best,
And no better way to do so than by recognizing the good we already have in our lives.
So,
Make yourself comfortable,
And gently close your eyes.
Notice how you're feeling this morning.
What emotions are you carrying in your body as you are here in the now?
Whereabouts in your body do you feel those emotions?
Be aware of any sensations,
And accept whatever you feel.
There's no right or wrong.
And now together,
Let's take a deep breath in through the nose.
Hold,
And slowly breathe out,
Letting out some of that tension that you're already experiencing,
Bringing yourself a little closer to the present moment.
When you fully exhale,
Become aware of your breath.
Notice the sensation of the breath.
How does the breath feel when you inhale and exhale through your nose?
Just become aware of any sensations.
And if any thoughts arise,
That's perfectly normal.
Just take note of the thoughts,
Acknowledge it,
And gently go back to your breath.
Noticing what the rhythm of your breath is.
Just becoming aware of it.
You don't have to change the rhythm.
Just be aware of how you breathe naturally.
Where do you naturally breathe into?
Your belly or your chest?
Perhaps in between?
Do you make any sounds when you breathe?
Now relax your jaw.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your arms and your belly.
Let's take another deep breath in through the nose.
Slowly breathe out.
Feeling even calmer now.
And as you are here,

Feeling at peace this morning,
Knowing that you're going to start your morning from a place of proactivity and strength.
Ask yourself the following question.
What does my body feel right now that I am grateful for?
Could be your breath,
Could be warmth,
Could be the fact you've just had a good rest,
That you have a lot to look forward to.
For a few moments there,

Just sit on that question.
