I create spaces for rest, healing and discovery. For me, this is what mindfulness and meditation are all about. My approach to teaching is to bring clarity, creativity and connection into the learning space. Understanding what you are doing, why you are doing it and how you are doing it builds confidence. Finding ways to play with things helps you find what works for you. And sharing your experiences with others can support safety and bring energy to the whole process. My training in mindfulness began in a Western Buddhist tradition called the Insight Meditation tradition. My teacher training is in the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) traditions. As well as teaching MBSR and MBCT I teach mindfulness 1-2-1 and supervise mindfulness teachers.
