Let's meditate.
Please come to a comfortable seat.
Then close your eyes or leave your eyes open with a soft gaze.
A few feet in front of you.
Slowly begin to deepen your breath.
Making each breath.
A little fuller than the last.
On your next inhale,
Lift the crown of your head up towards the sky.
And on the following exhale.
Relax your shoulders down towards the earth.
Feel the expansion in your chest as you breathe in.
And the gentle softening.
As you breathe out.
Relax your forehead.
Your eyes.
And your jaw.
Bring your full awareness to each breath.
Slowing your breath down.
To a pace that feels comfortable.
And relaxing.
Notice any sensations on your skin.
Such as clothing,
Or hair.
Or even air blowing across your face.
And if any thoughts are swirling around in your head,
See if you can release them.
Just for now.
Rest your awareness.
Your focus.
On your breath.
Notice the four parts of the breath.
The inhale.
The pies.
The exhale.
And then another pause.
Before you breathe in again.
And you might see what it feels like to.
Linger in those pauses.
To further lengthen your breath.
And always breathing in a way that feels comfortable for you.
And allow each breath to bring your attention.
Closer and closer.
You might even imagine.
Yourself inside a little bubble.
A bubble of calm and peace.
Where you're safe.
Then time doesn't exist.
A quiet place for you to take a break from the world.
Enjoy a few more moments in this bubble of calm.
Relaxing more and more with each breath.
And whenever you're ready,
You can imagine.
Outside.
Edges of the bubble.
Dissolving and bringing you back here to your space.
You can take a deep breath in.
And on your exhale,
Gently blink,
Open your eyes.
