Ahsa has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2004 and began teaching in 2010. Her guided meditations weave together mindfulness, breathwork, and guided imagery to help people find their inner sanctuary. Her yoga classes are rooted in mindfulness, breath awareness, and alignment, and incorporate thoughtful sequences and themes to support students in moving with presence, cultivating strength, and reconnecting with their bodies. She is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher (currently working towards the 500hr credential), a Certified Mindfulness Instructor, and has a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. Ahsa also holds a deep love for animals and explores the unique bond between people and their pets through pet meditation.
