Welcome to Human Design Meditation for Reflector Types.
Be comfortable in your body,
Lying or sitting down.
Follow your breath in its natural flow,
The in-breath and the out-breath.
Stay with this for a few moments.
Centering your attention on the center of your chest,
Sense that your heart is opening as you listen and remind yourself of your part as a reflector in the wholeness of humanity.
As a Human Design Reflector Type,
It's important for me to remember that I am a rare and smaller percentage of humanity and yet I have a very key role to play as a reflector.
I am here to reflect back to my community how we are doing as a whole.
I am a mirror for the collective of humanity to help show them what is happening around them and what needs to be adjusted so that there is a smooth harmonious flow.
I have the gift to bring clarity to everyone I interact with.
My aura or energy field absorbs energy and reflects it back out.
It's important for me to remember non-attachment,
Especially to outcomes.
I honor that I need plenty of rest time to release energies I may pick up on a day-to-day basis.
My challenge is to honor my own slower pace.
I am guided by the moon.
This means I must take time and experience the lunar cycles which brings me learnings,
Wisdom and clarity that can guide the collective of humanity.
My environment deeply affects me.
It's important that I be in the correct environment of place and people.
I take time to envision what environment I want to create for myself.
Patience comes as I continue to follow my design and take a full lunar cycle to come to any important decisions.
I don't need to keep up pace with others and I am unattached to outcomes which frees me to witness the comings and goings of life.
My slower pace and non-attachment bring surprises and adventures into my life.
This is my nourishment.
It lights me up to experience many different things to allow elements of surprise into my life.
When I'm impatient and rush,
I may feel disappointed.
This is the sign that I need to slow down,
Honor my pace and do things in my own way.
I surrender to unknowns and trust the right and correct things for me will be revealed.
I create sacred time for myself to rest and recharge.
Today,
As I meditate,
I ponder what adventures and surprises mean to me and how I can create space for allowing more elements of awe,
Wonder and surprise into my life.
