Explore MeditationAdrianne Jerrett is a podcaster, Yoga Nidra guide and Yin Yoga teacher with a 250-hour Vinyasa YTT who helps women, especially mothers, find deeper rest and connection with self. Her love of yin yoga blossomed throughout her pregnancy as she found it both challenging and restorative. After practicing primarily vinyasa yoga for several years in 2020, she took a 250-hour Vinyasa Teacher Trainer Certificate with Aura Wellness Center then in January 2024 she graduated from the Yoga Renew Yin Yoga Teacher Certification. In 2025 she studied Yoga Nidra under meditation teacher Kelly Smith. The more she learns about the vast universe of Yoga, the deeper she falls in love. Now, she shares these practices in her hometown, Nelson, New Zealand and here online.
