Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Take a moment to settle in.
Once you feel at ease in your space,
Gently close your eyes.
Before we begin,
Take a moment to set the intention in your heart to use this time to cultivate a feeling of peace and love.
That you can carry with you into your day.
When you feel ready,
Relax your body with your breath.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and release it slowly through your mouth,
Making your exhale twice as long as your inhale.
Take a few moments to breathe with the intention of slowing down your body and your mind.
Feeling more and more at ease with each breath,
Begin to breathe normally.
Now,
With your intention set and your body more relaxed,
I would like you to place a gentle awareness on your heart center.
The heart is the most powerful source of electromagnetic energy in the human body and produces the largest rhythmic electromagnetic field of any of the body's organs.
The heart's electrical field is about 60 times greater in amplitude than the electrical activity generated by the brain.
This is where we have the power to truly make a difference in the world.
The heart chakra,

Is represented by the color green.
Imagine your beautiful heart center is illuminated with a glowing emerald green light.
As you breathe in,
I would like you to feel that light grow brighter with each inhale,
As if you're stoking a fire.
Holding in your mind's eye this image of your heart center illuminated with a radiant green glow,
Feel the gentle beating of your heart as you breathe.
With each beat of your heart,
Imagine a ripple of energy,
A wave of brilliant green light emanating outward all around you.
If you find yourself struggling to visualize,
That's okay.
Simply use your senses to feel into the peace that you are projecting outward.
The idea is to be aware of your energy expanding.

Like a shockwave of beautiful light glowing all around you,
