Hello and thank you for being here.

My name is Adriana and I will be your meditation guide.

Whether you are seeking clarity about a situation or you just need a moment of calm,

This meditation is meant to help you rise above any confusion that you may be facing and get in touch with your higher self.

Your higher self is that small voice that can only be heard once the mind is quiet.

It supersedes the ego and goes beyond the mind.

Our mind,

Our ego,

Our small self if you will,

Can create a lot of noise and it tends to drown out the part of us that is true and eternal.

It is only when the mind is still we can see more clearly.

This session is intended to unite your lower self and your higher self to create balance,

Oneness and ultimately peace.

Imagine your mind is like a pond.

When there is too much movement in the water,

It is impossible to see the depths of the pond.

It is only when the water is still that there is clarity.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable position either seated or lying down.

Take a moment to settle in.

Now close your eyes.

Begin by focusing on your breath.

Deeply inhale through your nose and with each in-breath imagine you are breathing in a brilliant and cleansing white light.

This light fills you from your head to your toes.

As you exhale through your mouth slowly,

The light helps you to release some of the weight you carried with you here in this moment.

Continue breathing with this image and feel yourself getting lighter and lighter with each exhale.

Do this for a few breaths at your own pace and feel your body relax even deeper.

Returning your breath to a normal rhythm,

Sink even deeper.

Feel the light you have been breathing in.

It surrounds you.

It is part of you.

Feeling almost weightless in this moment.

Picture yourself in your space as if you have risen above your physical body.

See yourself bathed in light.

You feel free,

At peace.

If thoughts float in,

Greet them with your breath and let them go.

Stay with the feeling of peace that your breath and the brilliant light you are bathed in offer you.

You may notice you are toggling between your thoughts and your sensations of tranquility.

That is okay.

This is where true balance is found.

Continue to breathe,

Focusing on the cleansing light.

If you have a question that needs answering or a problem that needs resolve,

Gently ask for guidance or an answer silently and let it go.

Remember all you seek is within you.

Continue to breathe in the light.

Release any attachment to an outcome or an answer and just be with the sense of stillness for a few moments,

Tuning only into sensations,

Feelings and impressions.

Allow your mind to take a back seat.

Now feeling back into your physical body,

Become aware of your heart center.

Breathe into this part of you.

Imagine with each in-breath a beautiful emerald green light illuminates your heart space and shines more brightly.

On the exhale,

Envision any heaviness in this area being released.

Do this for a few moments.

You are calm.

You are safe.

When you feel ready,

Take a long deep breath in and release it gently.

Feel into your body.

Feel into your heart.

Does it feel lighter?

You may stay in this place of peace and calm or if you are ready,

Slowly begin to feel the surface beneath you.

Gradually wiggle your fingers,

Your toes.

Gently roll your head from side to side if that is available.

Now slowly open your eyes.

With a lightness of being and an open heart,

Carry your stillness with you out into the world.

Anytime you seek calm or clarity,

Remember it is within you.

It is only a few breaths away.
