In times of uncertainty,

We can feel rattled,

Shaken by what we don't know.

This is when our faith is challenged and can leave us feeling helpless.

If we embrace uncertainty and lean into our inner peace,

We can empower ourselves and others.

By leaning into gratitude and having faith that everything is unfolding just as it should be,

We can welcome our journey with joy and detachment.

This meditation is intended to guide you to a place of gratitude and peace and become grounded in the wisdom of uncertainty.

Hello and thank you for joining me.

I am Adriana and I will be your meditation guide.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Take a moment to settle in.

For the next few moments,

Gently remind yourself that you have nowhere else to be and nothing else to do but to be here,

Now.

This is your time to go within and find inner peace.

We will start by settling your physical body.

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose for the count of four,

Then release your breath through your mouth slowly for the count of eight.

Do this for at least three to four breaths or until you feel your body relax.

Now,

As your body settles slowly,

Return your breath to a normal rhythm.

Take a moment to place your hands on your heart and set the intention for your day to be aware of the energy you put out into the world.

Our energy,

Our essence,

Has the power to impact all of those we encounter at any given time.

By setting the intention to be aware of this essence,

We can consciously create a ripple effect of peace and joy.

Returning your hands to a comfortable position,

I would like you to imagine a brilliant white light above you.

This light shines down on you and embraces you.

You are safe.

You are at peace.

Feeling held by this light,

Take a moment to reflect on anything in your life that brings you joy,

Anything you feel grateful for.

Allow space for images,

Impressions,

And feelings of appreciation and bliss to fill your heart.

Having gratitude in our hearts helps us to accept the unknown and move through the world with a greater sense of our spirit,

Our truest essence that is eternal and always at peace.

Still bathed in light,

With your intention released and your heart filled with gratitude,

We will take this practice a little deeper.

We will be using the mantra OM ANANDAM NAMAH.

Together,

OM ANANDAM NAMAH encourages a shift in perspective from clinging to desired outcomes to embracing the journey with joy and attachment.

This mantra can help release anxiety,

Find more peace,

And trust in the unfolding of life's path.

Silently repeat OM ANANDAM NAMAH for the next few moments.

When thoughts float in,

And they will,

Be gentle.

Try not to resist them.

Rather acknowledge them without judgment.

Greet them with your breath and gently return to the mantra OM ANANDAM NAMAH.

I will watch the time for you.

Keep silently repeating OM ANANDAM NAMAH until you hear my voice once again.

Take some time to sit with the peace that you have just cultivated within you.

Now I'd like you to take a moment to reflect on any thoughts you may have had during this session.

I would like you to imagine that the light that surrounds you from above is pulling those thoughts from you like a tractor beam,

Freeing you of any heaviness,

Any burdens that you may be carrying.

With your thoughts released,

Take a nice long slow deep breath in through your nose.

Now gently release it.

Feeling your body relax,

Take another long slow deep breath in through your nose and gently release.

Take a moment to reflect on the intention you set to be aware of the energy you put out into the world and the gratitude in your heart.

Slowly begin to become aware of your physical body.

Feel the weight of your body on the surface where you are seated or lying down.

Feel your fingers,

Your toes,

Become aware of the space that has held you during this meditation.

The air on your face,

The temperature of the room,

Any sounds you may be hearing.

When you feel ready,

You may open your eyes slowly.

Pause here to observe your space.

At any time during your day,

If you feel unsettled by uncertainty,

Come back to your breath and those feelings of gratitude and peace you created here today.

Trust in yourself and that everything is unfolding just as it is meant for you.
