Welcome to a dash of meditation.

This isn't just the start of the week.

It's the start of momentum.

In five minutes,

We'll help you reset,

Refocus,

And lead with intention.

Wherever you are,

Take a moment to pause.

Sit tall,

Feet grounded,

And close your eyes,

Shoulders relaxed but awake.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Hold for a count of three,

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let your body register it's safe to be still just for this moment.

Again,

Breathing in focus,

Exhale distraction.

Breathe in energy,

Exhale doubt.

You are not behind,

You are exactly where you need to be.

Now,

Scan your body like a high performance system running a diagnostic.

Relax your face.

Unclench your jaw.

Drop your shoulders just 2% more.

Relax the belly.

Release the legs.

Notice the space between thoughts.

That's where your clarity lives.

Let the breath regulate your rhythm.

Let the nervous system catch up to your goals.

High performance doesn't come from pressure.

It comes from alignment.

Visualize yourself in motion this week.

Making decisions with clarity.

Communicating with precision.

Solving problems with ease.

Feel the inner stability of someone who knows their worth.

Feel the outer flow of someone who knows how to execute.

You don't need to hype yourself up.

You need to tune into the part of you that already knows how to lead,

How to close,

How to move.

That is the version of you,

Now activated.
