There's just time to take a breather before the next thing.
Finding a quiet spot,
A space just to close your eyes for a few minutes.
Taking a few deep belly breaths,
Bringing the air right down into the belly and feeling the belly pull in,

The rise and fall of the belly as you breathe in and out and anchoring your awareness there.
Just taking a breather,
Not being distracted by any sounds or thoughts or sensations,
Just allowing yourself to follow the breath for another minute.
