Hey there conscious creators,
Beautiful souls.
I want to share with you a mental reframe to silence negative thoughts.
It's something that has really helped me just change my mindset around negative thinking,
Strange thoughts so to speak,
And allowed me to kind of separate myself from them.
So I'm hoping this can help you too.
But brace yourself,
Because what I'm about to say might seem a little out there.
But stick with me.
What you call reality is just an illusion.
And if you could see it that way,
You will have a far more enjoyable human experience.
There is a fundamental difference between what you think really happens and what actually happens in the world around you.
Your perception of quote unquote reality is just an interpretation of what your five senses are telling you,
Filtered through the lens of your mind.
So we don't actually see reality.
Rather we see a version of it,
Constructed by the programs running within our subconscious mind.
This doesn't mean that what you see is false or unreal.
But it is highly subjective.
Take everything with a grain of salt.
I remember once I heard someone say,
Don't believe your mind.
Don't believe a word it tells you.
And that bit of advice could be really useful.
So the next time you're replaying negative thoughts or limiting yourself in any way,
Instead of taking it as truth,
Think to yourself,
Is what I'm seeing really reality?
Or just a highly subjective version of it?
Is what I'm thinking really true?
Is it the be all and end all?
Could there be another version of reality that I'm not seeing?
Use these moments to stay locked into your awareness and zoom out from what your mind is telling you.
You may find that this little hack will depersonalize your negative thoughts and create some space between you and your mind.
Give it a try and see what happens.
See what changes in your experience.
You just might be pleasantly surprised.
Thanks for listening.
Much love.
