Feeling weighed down by worries, problems, or limiting beliefs? This guided visualization gently guides you to let go. There’s a tradition in Hawaii that a worried person would create a picture of all the things that worry them and put them in a canoe. Then, they would watch that canoe sail out off to sea and keep watching as it sail right over the horizon. In this practice, we will do just that by imagining being at a gorgeous shoreline where we will place whatever is burdening us in a canoe and watch it sail away and out of our lives forever. This exercise will allow you to feel the lightness and freedom wash over your body as you wire this feeling into your subconscious mind. This practice is a bit of a celebration of releasing what no longer serves us. You can do this powerful practice whenever you need relief from what's weighing on your spirit.
