Hi everyone,

My name is Kate.

Welcome to this meditation for connecting to the energy body.

This meditation will guide you to explore and connect with your energetic body so when you feel ready find a comfortable position and allow yourself to settle in.

Support yourself in whatever way feels right for you today.

Start by taking a few deep breaths with the exhale slightly longer than the inhale and notice the sensation of energy you receive with each breath.

Allow your breath to find a natural rhythm and flow.

Feel the rise and fall of your chest.

Store your abdomen with each inhale and exhale and let your breath be a gentle anchor as you begin to turn your attention inward.

Begin to focus on your physical body and with each of your exhales begin to relax a little bit more.

Start to soften the muscles inside your throat and the muscles of your shoulders.

See if you can soften with each breath maybe dropping the shoulders back and down just a little bit more.

Rotate your wrists and stretch your fingers and then let them become heavy as you relax.

Allow your legs to hang loose,

Looser and looser with each exhale.

Maybe take a moment to flex your feet and scrunch your toes and then let them soften.

Begin to feel the weight and the density of your body,

Its presence.

Notice the quality of energy within you today.

Observe your body's mood,

If it were emotional,

Physical or something else entirely.

If your body were a season,

Would it be summer or winter,

Autumn or spring?

And if your body were a color,

What color would it be in this moment?

And is that color vibrant,

Dull,

Muted or bright?

Or perhaps your body was an element,

What would it be in this moment?

Fire,

Water,

Air,

Earth or ether?

Allow your body to be as it is without judgment.

There is no right or wrong answer for the way you feel right now.

Now begin to shift your focus to this energy that you are feeling within your body,

This energy that extends beyond your physical form.

Visualize your body as it is,

As it is now,

As it is now,

As it is now,

As it is now,

As it is now,

As it is now.

Visualize yourself as a network of energetic pathways that reach out into your life.

You exist not only in your physical body but also beyond it.

Feel the expansiveness and the spaciousness that extends beyond your physical self.

And imagine your energy expanding beyond the room,

The building,

The city and even the country where you are.

Envision your energy stretching beyond time and space,

Merging with the world beyond you.

Feel the connection with all other forms of life through this web of interconnectedness.

Experience yourself floating through the world,

Floating through this ocean of consciousness.

There is no struggle here.

Everything you need naturally rises to you and appears as needed.

Take some time to explore,

To become curious.

Don't overthink it.

To become curious,

Don't overthink or analyze your experience.

Simply float through this web of consciousness.

You exist beyond the physical.

Feel the expansion and spaciousness that extends beyond the physical self.

Feel free to stay here as long as you like to explore and become curious.

When you feel ready,

Gently feel yourself returning to your current location,

Back to your body.

Feel your body in this present moment,

Its weight,

Its density.

Maybe take some time to stretch and move,

To wiggle your fingers and your toes.

And maybe take a moment to write down any insights that you received during this meditation.

Take your time to slowly come back into the space.

Thank you for joining me in this practice.
