Welcome beautiful soul,
Find a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down,
Allow your body to arrive in the space now.
Let yourself soften into the surface beneath you,
Close your eyes gently and release the tension from your jaw.
Soften your shoulders and let your belly loosen.
Take a moment,
Set your intention for this practice,
Trust what rises.
Now imagine a soft grey mist surrounding you,
Quiet,
Cool and gentle,
Like early morning fog drifting across still water.
This mist holds no heaviness,
No weight,
No pressure,
Only calm.
It moves around your body in slow waves as if it is breathing with you,
Drawing out stress,
The tightness,
The scattered thoughts and dissolving them into softness.
With each breath,
The mist becomes lighter,
Turning from grey into pale silver glow,
Warm,
Soft and soothing.
It gathers around your chest,
Lifting the weight that sits there,
Loosening the tightness,
Softening the edges of your breath.
You feel space return,
Not as effort but as ease.
The silver glow spreads across your shoulders,
Your throat,
Your mind,
Like warm hands soothing what has become tense.
Quiet hands,
Steady hands,
Softening everything they touch.
Now imagine the glow drifting above your head,
Gathering into a small sphere of light,
Bright but gentle.
With each inhale,
The sphere lowers slightly and with each exhale,
It pulls away another layer of worry.
You don't need to do anything,
Just let the light move,
Let it lift,
Let it release.
The sphere becomes lighter,
Brighter and more spacious,
Until it dissolves,
Leaving a warm,
Quiet stillness around you.
The stillness that feels safe,
Familiar and steady.
Rest in the stillness for a moment and let your breath settle.
As your breath begins to settle,
Imagine a soft wave of cool air moving across your mind,
A gentle wind brushing through the thoughts that feel tight or crowded.
This breeze moves slowly,
Like a calming presence,
Clearing space around your chest,
Your ribs,
Your heart.
With every exhale,
The breeze lifts something away,
A small weight,
A small pressure,
A small piece of overwhelm.
Not all at once,
Just enough to soften the edges.
See this breeze becoming light,
Pale blue,
Almost shimmering.
It wraps around your upper body and eases the place that have been holding everything together for too long.
Let it soothe you,
Let it create space inside you.
Let it remind your whole system that it is safe to pause here,
Just for a moment,
Just for this moment.
Take another slow breath and feel the inside of your chest soften,
As if your body is gently exhaling a burden you no longer need to carry today.
You don't have to fix anything in this moment,
You don't have to figure anything out.
You simply letting the body unclench and remember what softness feels like.
Take a deep breath into your belly and a slow,
Gentle exhale.
Begin to bring movement into your fingers and toes,
Your wrists,
Your ankles.
Gently move your neck side to side.
Take one final,
Beautiful inhale and a long,
Soft exhale.
Carry this calm with you and remember you are worthy,
You are powerful and you are never alone.
Thank you for being on this journey with me.
I see you,
I feel you,
I hear you.
I honour you.
It is a blessing to share this space with you,
With love and gratitude.
