Close your eyes gently and allow the world around you to fade into quiet.
Take a moment to let your body relax,
Consciously release the tension from your jaw,
Soften your shoulders,
Let your belly loosen and allow any part of your body that is holding on to tension to soften now.

Trust what comes up and hold it gently in your heart as we begin.
We will just start with a few cleansing breaths to settle your body.
So inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale through your nose and a beautiful exhale out your mouth.
Let your whole body melt a little deeper.
One more time,
A slow inhale through your nose and a full release through your mouth.
To your breath,
Feel your belly rise as you inhale and fall as you exhale.
Let the breath fill the lowest part of you first,
Bringing calm,
Clarity and stillness.
Today we will be using the 4-2-6 method.
So you will be inhaling for 4,
Holding for 2,
Exhale slowly for 6.
This breath pattern slows your system,
Creates space in your mind and helps you reconnect to the version of you who leads,
Not the one who reacts.

Release the technique now and just return to your natural breath.
Feel how spacious your mind has become,
How soft your body feels,
How grounded you are in yourself.
Take a beautiful deep breath into your belly,
Feel your belly expand and a soft gentle exhale feel your belly soften.
Begin to bring your awareness back into your body.
Slowly invite some movement into your fingers and toes,
Your wrists,
Your ankles.
Gently move your neck side to side,
Letting your body awaken in its own time.
If it feels good,
Draw your knees in towards your chest and give yourself a soft beautiful hug.
Reach your arms overhead and take a gentle stretch,
Allowing your body to open.
Take one final deep breath in,
Hold it.
And a slow long exhale,
Letting your whole system settle with ease.
Carry this feeling with you for the rest of the day.
