Welcome beautiful soul,

Find a comfortable place lying down,

Allow your body to arrive in the space now,

Let yourself melt into the surface beneath you and feel the earth holding you,

Knowing you are always safe,

Protected,

Guided and supported.

Close your eyes gently and allow the world around you to fade into quiet,

Consciously release any tension from your jaw,

Soften your shoulders,

Let your belly loosen and allow any part of your body holding tension to soften now.

Set a gentle intention for this morning,

Perhaps appreciation,

Presence,

An open heart,

Trust what arises and hold it softly in your awareness,

Gently,

Inhale for a count of four and feel your belly rise,

Exhale for a count of four and feel your belly soften,

Inhale for a count of four and exhale for a count of four.

Stay with this breath technique,

Stay with this rhythm.

Now bring your attention to the center of your chest,

The heart space,

The quiet place within you,

Where warmth lives,

Where your soul rests,

Where your true self breathes.

With your next inhale,

Sense a small point of golden light in your heart,

Soft,

Steady,

Alive,

Exhale softly and feel the light settle deeper,

With each breath this light begins to expand,

Not quickly,

Not intensely,

But with the gentle certainty of something that has always been there,

Waiting for you to notice.

Inhale for four and feel the light brighten,

Exhale for four and feel it spread throughout your chest.

This light holds gratitude,

Not as a thought but as a sensation,

A warmth truth that lives at the center of your being,

As the light expands you may feel warmth spreading throughout your ribs,

Your back,

Your belly,

Your whole upper body,

A quiet glow that awakens something soft inside of you.

Stay with that breath,

In for four,

Out for four,

Allowing the heart to open in its own time.

Gratitude begins with awareness,

The awareness that this breath is a gift,

This moment is a gift,

This body is a gift,

This day is a gift,

Inhale and let your heart acknowledge the miracle of waking up today,

Many did not.

Your eyes opened,

Your breath moved,

Your soul said yes to another day.

Feel the light expand again,

Growing beyond your chest,

Filling your entire torso,

Down your arms,

Up your throat,

Across your face,

A soft radiance awakening every cell.

Inhale for four,

Exhale for four,

Letting the warmth spread,

With each inhale feel gratitude for something simple,

Something pure,

Something true,

The breath,

The warmth of your bed,

The ability to move,

The chance to begin again,

The presence of someone you love,

The softness of being held by life,

The miracle of being here now.

Let gratitude flow through you,

Not as a list but as a rising light,

An inner remembrance,

A warmth that belongs to you.

Inhale for four,

Exhale for four,

Your heart begins to glow brighter,

Soft waves of golden energy expanding as if the heart is radiating love,

Strength,

Tenderness and appreciation beyond the limits of your body.

Stay with it,

Inhale for four,

Exhale for four,

Feeling the light deepen,

Feeling your heart open,

Feeling life moving through you.

Rest in this glow and let gratitude breathe inside you,

Steady,

Alive and real.

Feel complete,

Let the light soften,

Becoming a warm presence in your chest,

A quiet companion of your day.

Let your awareness drift back to your physical body,

Resting peacefully beneath you,

Held,

Safe and supported.

Take a beautiful deep breath into your belly,

Feel your belly expand and a soft,

Gentle exhale feel your belly soften.

Begin to bring your awareness back to your body,

Slowly invite some movement into your fingers and toes,

Your wrists,

Your ankles.

Gently move your neck side to side,

Draw your knees in towards your chest and give yourself a beautiful hug or stretch your arms overhead,

Opening your whole body.

Take one final deep inhale,

Hold it gently,

Letting your whole system settle with ease.

Carry this light into your day,

Remember you are loved unconditionally,

You are worthy,

You are beautiful and gratitude lives inside you always.
