Welcome to Awaken Your Dragon — the first in a powerful 5-part transformational breathwork series. This journey helps you release stored emotion, clear energetic blocks and reconnect with your inner strength. Using a three-part breath, two inhales (belly, chest) and one exhale (all through the mouth). You’ll be gently guided to breathe deeply, feel fully and open to healing. Oxygen is your medicine here. Welcome beautiful souls and thank you for being here.

I invite you now to enter the sacred space,

A space of remembrance,

Reclamation and awakening.

Today I will be guiding you through a powerful breathwork journey called Awaken the Dragon Within,

A deep activation to reclaim your inner fire and remember your true power.

We will be working with the breath as a sacred tool for transformation using a rhythmic and euphoric conscious connective breathing pattern.

We will be breathing in and out the mouth.

It's a two-part inhale through the mouth and an exhale out the mouth.

So first breath into the belly,

Second breath into the chest,

Followed by an exhale.

No force on the exhale,

Just let it go.

There are no pauses between the breaths,

Just one continuous flow.

We will be doing three breath holds in the session.

I'll invite you to hold your breath at the top of the inhale,

Allowing you to feel and expand in your inner flame.

The breath technique will sound like this.

Now let's do three rounds together.

Beautiful.

This practice may awaken energies,

Emotions or memories.

All is welcome and honored in the space.

Trust your breath,

Trust your body and trust the parts of you that know this is not the beginning of something new,

This is a remembering of something ancient.

Let's begin.

Find a safe,

Sacred space to journey.

Lie down with your spine straight,

Whatever feels most comfortable for you.

Place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.

Close your eyes and drop into your body.

Feel yourself arrive here and now.

Nothing else to do.

Let's begin by taking a few reset breaths.

So take a deep breath in through the nose and sighed out through the mouth,

Letting go of any worries,

Thoughts or expectations.

Take another deep breath in through the nose and out the mouth.

With every exhale,

Feel your body drop deeper as you start to settle and relax.

Feel Mother Earth beneath you,

Holding you,

Knowing you are always safe,

Guided and protected.

Take a few more breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Enjoying these last few moments of stillness.

We will now begin with active breathing.

So open your mouth nice and wide and on my count we will begin.

Three,

Two,

One.

Let your breath guide you now into the belly,

Into the chest and exhale.

No pause,

No force,

Just flow.

There is a dragon curled deep inside you,

Not in the skies,

Not in a faraway cave,

But right here behind your ribs,

Coiled in the warmth of your breath,

Waiting.

It has been patient.

It has watched quietly as you have walked through this life,

Shrinking to fit,

Silencing your truth,

Dimming your fire to make others comfortable.

But you were never meant to be small.

You were never meant to forget.

And now the wind shifts,

The air thickens with memory,

The silence before the flight and something ancient begins to stir.

Keep taking those nice deep full breaths.

With every breath,

Feel it,

Breathe deeper and fuller.

The embers waking in your core,

The slow burning rising up your spine,

A tingling in your heart,

A pulsing behind your eyes.

This is not just breathwork.

This is the medicine that unlocks the door.

The dragon within you is not wild to destroy.

It's wild to liberate.

It holds your voice,

Your boundaries,

Your power,

Your passion,

Your purpose,

Your truth.

It holds the version of you that remembers.

And now,

With your breath as the key,

You are unlocking the gate.

So let your body soften.

Let your soul lean in.

Let yourself be guided,

Not by me,

But by the flame you've always carried inside.

You are not breathing to survive.

You are breathing to awaken,

To return,

To rise.

You are not here to be small.

You are here to fly.

And on my count,

We will do our first breath hold.

So three,

Two,

One.

Exhale fully.

Let it all go.

Take a deep breath in.

Breathe,

Breathe,

Breathe.

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale until you cannot take any more air in.

And hold.

Close your mouth.

Squeeze your core gently.

Lock it in.

You are safe.

Now feel.

Feel a spark rising,

Pulsing,

Glowing.

The dragon stirs,

Not external but within you,

Coiled behind your ribs,

Alive in your breath,

Ancient in your bones.

Keep holding.

As you hold,

Feel that spark grow.

Let it light up your spine.

Let it move through your solar plexus,

The center of your chest,

Where your will is,

Your knowing,

Your belief,

Your fire.

You are not becoming something new.

You are remembering who you always were.

Keep holding.

Feel that your cells shimmer.

Feel your heart rise.

You are the flame.

And now on my count,

Let it all go with a big sigh.

Three,

Two,

One.

Come back to the breath.

Come back to the technique.

Two breaths in,

One breath out.

Into the belly,

Into the chest,

And exhale.

On the inhale,

Into the belly,

Into the chest,

Feel the full expansion.

Feel your diaphragm expand at the sides,

In the front,

In the back.

And on the exhale,

Just release and let it go.

Every breath a little bit deeper than the breath before,

A little bit fuller than the breath before.

Let your body move,

Shake if you need to.

You are safe to express.

Keep breathing.

No pause,

No force,

Just rhythm.

Just the fire building again.

You're rising,

You're shifting,

You're uncoiling your power breath by breath.

We are going deeper now,

So keep taking those beautiful deep breaths in.

Two breaths in,

One breath out.

This is your dragon breath.

Rhythmic,

Fiery,

Alive.

As you breathe,

Imagine a flame building in your core.

With each inhale,

You stoke the fire.

With each exhale,

You clear space for your power to rise.

Keep the breath going.

Let it become fluid,

Euphoric,

Powerful.

If emotions rise,

Let them.

If heat builds,

Welcome it.

This is your dragon waking up,

Stretching,

Roaring,

Returning.

You are shedding old skins.

You are remembering the ancient power within you.

Feel every cell in your body becoming alive.

Keep breathing a little deeper,

A little fuller,

A little bit faster.

We're about to do our second breath hold.

So really lean in and give it all you've got.

On my count,

We're going to exhale fully and then take the biggest inhale and close your mouth and hold it.

Three,

Two,

One.

Fully exhale now.

Inhale deeply.

Taking as much oxygen as you possibly can,

Close your mouth and hold it.

Squeeze your core.

Lock it in.

Be still inside.

Feel your dragon fully awaken now.

It's energy moving through every cell.

Not a beat to be tamed,

But the power to be reclaimed.

Let the stillness hold your remembrance.

You are not the fear.

You are not the past.

You are the power that burned through it all.

Hold it.

Squeeze it.

Feel it in your bones,

The strength,

The sovereignty.

You are the fire,

The one who walks through it.

Hold it.

Feel it deeply.

Feel it fully.

Let it root in your being.

And on my count,

Exhale with a deep release.

Three,

Two,

One.

Beautiful.

Let's return to the act of breathing.

So come back to your breath.

Come back to the technique.

Two breaths in,

One breath out.

Into the belly,

Into the chest.

Exhale and let go.

Feel your diaphragm expand.

Feel all that oxygen coming into your body.

Let the energy flow.

Let your dragon dance.

You've tasted your fire.

Now let it move you.

Keep going.

Breathe deeper.

Breathe fuller.

Lean into it.

Give it all you've got.

We're nearly done.

Open wide.

Trust your breath.

Let it carry you deeper.

Your dragon is soaring now.

Fierce,

Luminous,

Untamed.

Let the sound move through your throat if you need to.

Let your body become expression.

You're on the edge of something vast.

Are you ready to meet it?

This is where you get to merge with your dragon.

On the final breath hold.

So when I say on my count,

We're going to fully exhale.

And then you will take one final big,

Deep inhale.

Close your mouth and hold it.

This time go all in.

2,

1.

Exhale fully.

Now inhale deeply.

Take the biggest,

Biggest,

Biggest,

Biggest,

Biggest,

Deepest inhale.

Close your mouth.

Squeeze your core.

This time squeeze your core.

Anchor in your energy and now become your dragon.

Not separate.

Not symbolic.

You are it.

Feel the fire ripple through your spine.

Your wings expanding in the space behind your shoulder blades.

Your breath still.

Your body blazing.

Hold it.

Let yourself fly in stillness.

Above stories.

Beyond limitations.

This is your true nature.

Wild,

Vast,

External.

Keep holding.

Stay in it.

Feel it deeply.

Feel it fully.

This moment is yours.

And now a slow,

Gentle exhale.

As you melt to the ground.

We are now finished with the act of breathing.

So it's time to return to your normal breath.

As we start to normalize and integrate.

Close your mouth.

And begin to breathe slowly and gently.

In and out the nose.

As you inhale feel your belly rise.

And as you exhale feel it fall.

Let your body rest.

Let your dragon curl back into your center.

Not asleep.

But at peace.

Let everything settle.

The breath.

The body.

The fire.

You have awakened something that cannot be forgotten.

You carry it now always.

Your fire.

Your truth.

Place both hands over your heart.

Feel the pulse of life.

The warmth that's been activated.

Feel how alive you are.

Your dragon has stirred.

You are awake now.

You were never meant to shrink or dim your light.

You were born to shine.

To shine bright.

Repeat these affirmations silently or aloud.

I reclaim my fire.

I remember who I am.

I awaken the dragon within me.

Welcome back.

Well done.

Slowly start to bring some movement into your fingers and toes.

Your wrists and ankles.

Maybe take some gentle movements.

Moving your neck side to side.

If you can,

Bring your knees to your chest and give yourself a big squeeze.

Take a full body stretch if you feel.

And then go and shine your light with the world.
