This gentle sleep preparation practice is an invitation to soften the body, quiet the mind and ease yourself into rest. Through slow guidance and calming awareness, you are supported to release the day, settle the nervous system and transition naturally toward sleep. There is nothing to do and nowhere to go, only a gradual unwinding into a dreamlike state where rest can arrive with ease. This practice is especially supportive if you find it difficult to switch off at night, if your mind feels busy or if your body holds onto the day’s tension. Allow yourself to be guided gently toward stillness, safety and the threshold between waking and sleep. You can listen in bed as part of your evening routine or anytime you feel called to rest deeply.
