This meditation includes gentle breathing cycles, body relaxation and visualization. It takes you through a process that helps you clear fears and pain. Also helps boost creativity, improves your mood, and grounds you into your true essence. It has helped me release anxiety and ground myself very much, and this is why I'm sharing it. The source of this meditation is John Jones, and my teachers Dexter and Alessandrina.

Welcome to this whiteboard clearing meditation.

Find a comfortable position where you can be sitting on the ground or sitting on a chair with your feet flat against the ground or simply laying down.

Once you have found this comfortable position for yourself,

Close your eyes and start inhaling deeply through your nose.

Hold the breath at the top and exhale all the tension in your body.

Again inhale deeply through your nose,

Filling your belly.

Hold the breath at the top and exhale all the tension,

All the thoughts.

Let go.

Again inhale deeply through your nose.

Hold the breath at the top and exhale all the tension,

Everything that happened before this meditation.

Choose to let go.

Now bring your attention and imagine a gentle white light at the top of your crown.

Feel it.

Feel this light moving in this area,

Cleansing and purifying this area.

Relax the crown of your head.

Relax your ears,

Your face.

Drop your jaw.

Relax your neck,

Your chest.

Drop your shoulders down and away from your ears.

Relax your arms,

Your hands,

Your fingers.

Relax your belly,

Your back,

Your lower back.

Relax your pelvis.

Relax your legs.

Soften into your legs.

Relax your ankles,

Your feet,

Your toes.

Feel the tension melting away from these areas.

Feel yourself rounded into the earth through the base of your spine or through your feet.

Feel this connection through roots.

Imagine gentle white light roots that are connecting you into the earth,

Deeply into the earth.

You're always supported by the earth.

Feel the energy of the earth coming into the base of your spine and grounding you.

Feel the strength of the earth in your legs.

Now imagine,

Visualize or feel a large white screen in front of your closed eyes projected at the front of your forehead and take your time sensing this space and allowing yourself to feel what you feel or experience in that space.

Now become aware of a thought,

Belief,

A fear,

Emotion,

Feeling or sensation,

Relationship dynamic that tends to trigger pain,

Discomfort or limitations in the quality of your life.

And notice on a scale of 1 to 10 how much you feel what you're feeling with the intention of lowering the intensity of your discomfort and pain and perceived limitations by the end of this practice.

Begin to project any and all of these thoughts,

Emotions,

Images and other dimensions of experiences onto the whiteboard by feeling,

Imagining or seeing it happen in front of your own closed eyes.

Continue projecting all of those images and dimensions of experiences as they come up and feel yourself getting lighter and lighter and feeling more and more free as you do.

Now slowly coming back,

Imagine now,

Feel or visualize that the whiteboard onto which you've projected all these different images and dimensions of experiences is turned upside down and then also turned around so that you no longer see,

Feel or imagine the images and projections in the same way and with the same degree of intensity.

Now imagine,

Feel or visualize the images and projections behind this board being shredded into a shredding machine,

Turned into tiny little pieces where the images and projections are no longer visible or discernible to you.

Imagine,

Feel or visualize yourself now carrying the box that contains those fragments of images,

Projections and memories and loading it into a truck which you then lock and throw away the key and see the truck moving into the light of the Divine,

Of God,

This life of pure consciousness and being completely cleared,

Healed and released through this process leading to the transcendence of those images and projections that had associated pain and trauma in the past.

Now finish by assessing on a scale of 1 to 10 how you feel now.

If you still feel some energy and emotional charge around what you had chosen to clear,

You may repeat a second or third round with clearing down or you can also come back at some other point.

Now come back to your breathing.

Inhale,

Hold the breath at the top,

Exhale all the tension remaining in your physical body,

In your mind,

Soft in your body.

Again,

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Hold the breath at the top and exhale all the tension in your mind.

Start wiggling the tips of your hands and your toes and when you're ready you may softly open your eyes and move on with the rest of your day.
