Close down your eyes from the world of seeing,
From the world of looking,
Bring your awareness to the space between your eyebrows to your third eye and begin to open your inner vision.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely and hold for a moment and then exhale slowly and allow your breath to settle into a natural rhythm,
Bringing your awareness back to that space between your brows to your third eye,
Give yourself permission to pause in this moment,
Letting go of any responsibilities,
Letting go of all worries,
Bringing your awareness back to your third eye,
Breathing gently,
Reminding yourself that it's okay to take this time for yourself,
Allow this pause to be a gentle reminder of your worth,
Bringing your attention back to that space in between your brows and your third eye centre,
Allow this pause to be a reminder of your importance,
Of your inner peace,
As you settle your awareness into that space where your third eye rests,
Allow your entire being to fill with tranquility,
Inhaling peace and calmness with every breath,
Allowing yourself this peaceful pause,
Feeling the energy from your third eye flow throughout your entire body,
If your mind begins to wander,
Gently bring it back to your third eye and affirm to yourself,
I am allowed to pause,
I choose peace,
Keeping your attention on your third eye,
Repeating again,
I am allowed to pause,
I choose peace,
And taking a breath in through your nose,
Hold that for a moment,
Feel the sense of peace filling you completely and exhale,
Noticing the stillness,
Nourishing your spirit,
Preparing you to move forward with clarity and purpose in your day,
And when you're ready,
Slowly bringing your awareness back to the present moment,
Opening your eyes,
And taking a moment before you continue with your day,
Carrying this sense of peace with you,
And remembering that at any time throughout your day,
You can take a moment to pause,
Find a peaceful pause,
And you can always come back to this meditation to help guide you through this practice,
