Welcome to this 10 minute meditation to relax and realign to your true self.
I invite you now to place one or both of your hands gently on your heart and just connect in with this beautiful space.
Take some deep breaths in through your nose,
Feel your chest rise and exhale through the nose,
Feeling it fall.
Feel the warmth and connection of your touch and just continue this gentle,
Nurturing breath as you settle into this moment of self-care.
Bring your full awareness to your heart centre,
This space beneath your hands and imagine a soft,
Radiant light glowing within your heart and with each breath feel this light growing warmer and brighter,
Spreading love and compassion throughout your entire being.
Allow this light to remind you of your inherent worth and beauty.
Feel this light spreading throughout and around your entire being as you begin to radiate and emanate this warm,
Glowing light from within your heart.
And as this light continues to expand further and further out from your body,
You can notice the natural rhythm of your inhalation and your exhalations.
And within each inhale,
Imagine drawing more and more love and tranquility.
And with each exhale,
Allowing any worries or anything that is no longer serving your highest good to just melt away and let your breath guide you into a state of deep relaxation,
Deeply peaceful.
Visualise now a gentle,
Soothing light above your head.
Maybe it's the same colour as the light that's emanating from your body,
Or maybe it's a different colour.
This light is filled with unconditional love.
This light is filled with healing energy.
And as it gently descends,
Feel it entering through the top of your head,
Slowly moving down through your body.
And as it moves,
It brings healing,
Peace and realignment to every part of you,
Slowly intertwining with that beautiful,
Warm,
Radiant light coming out from your heart space.
Allow this new light to cleanse and rejuvenate you,
Connecting you with your true self.
With your hands still on your heart space,
Silently or aloud,
Repeating these affirmations,
Feeling their truth resonate within every cell of your being.
I am enveloped in love and peace.
I am deeply connected to my true self.
I release all that no longer serves my highest good.
I embrace healing and growth with an open heart.
And as you feel these affirmations filling you with warmth and love,
Take a few moments to deeply connect with the loving light of your breath.
Feel the light and the warmth intensify,
Bringing a sense of deeper alignment and peace within your body,
Within your mind,
Within all of your being.
And then repeating the following affirmations again,
Either out loud or silently.
I am worthy of love and respect.
I trust the journey of my life.
I am aligned with my highest purpose.
And I honor and cherish my true self.
Allow these affirmations to sink deeply into your being,
Reinforcing your connection to your inner truth.
Take a few more minutes.
With deep,
Beautiful,
Loving breaths,
Feeling the healing light and affirmations integrate deeply within you.
And when you feel ready,
I invite you to rub your hands together,
And place them over your eyes,
Feeling the warmth of your palms.
As you gently flutter your eyelids open,
Bringing your awareness back into the present moment,
I invite you to take a full stretch,
With your arms over your head and your legs out long.
Maybe you yawn.
Take a moment to acknowledge this time that you've dedicated to nurturing and realigning with your true self.
Carry this sense of love and alignment with you throughout your day.
And remember that you are always loved.
