Let's get shaking and move any of that stagnant energy that may be residing in your body.
Let's move it through and out today.
So begin by standing comfortably with your feet hip width apart and close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Bring your awareness to your body.
Notice how you're feeling.
Ground yourself into the present moment.
Maybe there's a visualization happening of roots growing out from your feet down into the earth.
And then begin by gently shaking your hands.
We're going to start gently here,
Letting them move freely and loosely.
Flick the fingers,
Shake the hands,
Shake your wrists.
Allow the shaking to spread up your arms right up to your shoulders.
Keep on shaking.
Maybe you shake your hands up above your head,
Maybe back down to the ground.
Maybe you're going to shake them all around your body,
Maybe bringing your shoulders and torso into the gentle shaking,
Keeping your breath steady and relaxed here.
We're going to intensify the shaking now.
Start to make it a little more vigorous.
Allow it to move through your entire body.
Let your knees bend slightly and allow your legs and feet to join in the shaking.
If it feels comfortable,
You could let your head and your neck move gently as well.
Shake it all out.
Shake out any tension.
Let go of all that stress.
Let go of all that stagnant energy.
Imagine as you shake it vibrating all the way to your fingertips and toes and releasing out of your body.
Notice any sensations that are going on in your body as you continue to shake vigorously from your head to your toes.
This can look any way that you want it to look.
Just keep on shaking.
Maybe you're bending over,
Maybe you're reaching really high,
Maybe one arm goes up and then the other.
Just let go of any inhibitions and allow yourself to be completely free.
Just let go of any inhibitions and allow yourself to be completely free in your movement.
Feel the energy moving through you,
Cleansing and revitalizing your body and your mind.
And gradually now,
Begin to slow down the shaking.
Slowing down to a complete stop and bend over,
Reach your toes with your fingers.
Stop and bend over,
Reach your toes with your fingers.
Exhale and on the next inhale,
Slowly uncurl your spine,
Coming all the way up to stand with your eyes closed.
And take a few deep breaths here.
Notice any sensations,
Any tingling,
Feel the energy in your body.
Notice how energized you are now.
Notice the changes in your body and your mind.
Notice the changes in your body and your mind.
And just a few more deep breaths.
And when you're ready,
Gently opening your eyes,
Taking a moment to integrate the experience.
