Take a deep inhale through your nose allowing your belly to expand and as you exhale releasing any tension in your body allowing your shoulders to soften,
Your jaw to relax and unclench and your mind to begin to quieten down.
And with each inhale visualize your Yoni as the petals of a rose gently opening.
See it unfolding with grace,
Welcoming the warmth,
Welcoming the healing of the steam into the sacred space.
Feel how the petals receive the healing energy becoming softer and more open with each and every breath.
Continue this deep breathing,
Feeling the warmth from the steam infusing your body.
With each inhale visualizing that rose opening,
Becoming more receptive.
And with each exhale feel the energy of any past pain,
Any stagnation or worry melting away.
Imagine these energies dissolving into the steam,
Being carried away from your body as you exhale.
And placing your hand gently over your wound space.
And as you inhale repeating the words,
I welcome healing.
And on your exhale feel yourself letting go.
Breathe deeply into your womb sensing the energy flowing in,

Pain,
Stagnation,
Floating away,

Perhaps a soft pink or a golden light,
Gathering in your womb space.
Feel this light expanding,
Filling your entire pelvic area.
Radiating warmth and love.
Imagine this light pulsing gently with your breath.
It's growing brighter with each breath.
Every inhale and rooting you deeper into your body with every exhale.
As you sit with this light saying to yourself,
I am deeply connected to my womb.
I honor its wisdom,
Its power.
And its ability to heal.
And allow these words to resonate within you.
Filling you with a sense of connection to your womb space,
Connection to your Yoni.
And gratitude.
