Hi love,
My name is Whinny and I'm an Inn and Child healing life coach and I'm here to guide you through this sleep meditation to heal your self worth.
Whenever you're ready,
Get really comfortable.
And begin to take a long,
Gentle inhale through the nose.
And let everything sigh away through your mouth.
As you settle under your blankets.
Can you feel the shape of your body soften?
Taking another deep breath in through the nose,
Releasing through the mouth.
Noticing how your mattress or your sofa Receives every curve every muscle.
That has worked for you today.
Let's take a final deep breath in through the nose Letting it sigh away through the mouth.
And begin to bring your attention to the crown of your head.
Inviting the tiny muscles of the scalp to release.
Then moving down to the forehead.
Allowing that to release too.
Bring your attention.
To behind your eyes Letting your eyes rest gently.
Bringing your attention to your jaw.
Maybe relaxing the jaw,
Loosening the jaw,
Letting the tongue rest heavy.
Allowing your attention to move to your shoulders,
Maybe bringing them down.
Maybe opening up the shoulders than arms.
Than hands.
Imagining this warm wave of awareness you have going to your chest and your belly.
Your hips and your thighs going down to your knees your calves and all the way to the soles of your feet.
Begin to imagine.
That you're standing in front of.
Of this quiet.
Beautiful candle-lit library Each wall is lined with beautiful books.
Every volume.
Is a chapter of your life.
You begin to notice how one shelf shimmers with gold and light.
As you reach for this brand new book,
Its cover is embossed with the words,
I am enough.
As you open it,
The pages,
They're blank,
Waiting for fresh stories of self-love.
As you begin to place your hand over your heart.
And whisper inwardly.
I belong.
My worth.
Is inherent.
Begin to repeat these phrases.
With each breath for the next minute.
I belong.
My worth.
Is inherent.
I belong.
My worth is inherent.
As.
.
.
You say these final words to yourself you begin to close the book.
Of I Am Enough.
And hug it safely against your chest.
You watch as the library lights dim to a gentle twilight in front of you.
Trusting that,
While you sleep,
These blank pages.
Will fill.
With beautiful dreams of confidence and peace.
Sleep soundly,
Dear one.
And when you wake.
