Holding at the bottom for 4,

1 and inhaling for 4 3 2 1 hold for 4 3 2 1 exhale through the mouth for 4 3 2 1 hold for 4 3 2 1 Begin to do this with your own silent practice for the next minute.
Holding for 4 and exhaling through the mouth for four.
And then holding at the bottom for four.
Begin to finish up your breathing.
Taking the last inhale for 4 3 2 1 Hold for 4 3 2 1 Exhaling for 4 3 2 1 And holding for 4 3 2 1 Next we're going to do a vagus nerve humming.
Begin to inhale gently and on the exhale hum.
Feeling the vibration behind your chest bone.
Beginning to repeat this humming for 8 slow rounds on your own.
Beginning with round one and doing the rest on your own.
Begin to wrap up your last vagus nerve hum.
And begin to bring to your mind a moment where you felt perfectly safe.
Maybe wrapped in your blankets in bed.
Or laughing in the sun with a friend.
Begin to bring to your mind this moment.
Can you?
Notice the colors around you or maybe the sounds around you.
What textures surround you?
What smells?
Are you able to really put yourself back in that scene?
And allow yourself.
To drink in.
This feeling of safety.
For one full minute.
Slowly begin to say goodbye for now to this beautiful scene.
And see if you can place one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly.
Whispering to yourself.
My body can return to calm.

Feeling the warmth of your palms,
Sealing this reset.
As you just calmed your nervous system in just under 10 minutes.
