Wow! I find your meditations to be super powerful! When you mentioned the buzzing around oneself, five of my resident barn swallows were swirling around me. As they flew off, they left a cascade of feathers floating in the air through the morning sunlight!☀️Feathers are my connection with God! A physical symbol of the Universal energy around me.
