My name is Vi and today I'm going to guide you through a short and simple meditation.
Just a moment for you to sit back and relax and just forget about everything that is going on in your life right now or in the world in general.
Sometimes it can be a lot that we take on.
And this is a moment to just let go of everything and focus on yourself.
So there's nothing you need to do,
Just make sure you're comfortable and can be without any distractions for the next few minutes.
When you are ready and feel comfortable,
Close your eyes or turn your gaze towards a point in the room.
And let's start with taking a few deep breaths in and out.
You can follow my guidance or follow your own pace.
Both is perfect.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold and breathe out.
Let's do this two more times.
Breathe in,
Hold and breathe out.
And one more time,
Breathe in,
Hold and breathe out.
Now just follow my voice.
There's nowhere you need to be,
Nothing you need to do.
Just be here in this moment.
Feel how you are sitting on your chair,
Or perhaps you're sitting on the ground.
And feel the ground beneath you.
And let's just check in for a moment how you are feeling.
Ask your body,
How do you feel today?
And let's just see what shows up.
Without any judgment,
Just notice.
Do you feel relaxed?
Or is there perhaps any tension that you feel in your body?
If you feel some stress or tension somewhere,
Send some compassion towards it.
We don't need to fix anything today.
Just observe and let it be.
If you want,
You can send some love and light towards those parts of your body that you feel could use some extra care.
Let's tune into your mind for a moment.
Ask your mind,
How do you feel today?
Perhaps your mind feels calm.
Or perhaps your mind feels busy,
Full of thoughts.
Both is okay.
Just notice what is.
And again,
If you like,
Send some love and light towards your mind.
And some compassion for all your mind is doing for you today.
Now I invite you to tune in with your soul.
And ask your soul,
How are you feeling today?
Maybe it feels a bit strange to ask this question.
But just notice what shows up.
Just check in with yourself.
Tune into that energy for a moment.
Now I invite you to place one hand on your heart.
And one hand on your belly.
And just sit with that feeling for a moment.
Send yourself some extra compassion.
You're strong.
And more powerful than you think you are.
Feel that strength within yourself.
Feel that energy.
Feel how you are being supported.
By your body.
Your mind and your soul.
Now slowly bring your awareness back.
Into this moment.
Into the room you're in.

You can wiggle your fingers and toes.
Or perhaps you would like to stretch yourself.
Whatever feels good to you.
And whenever you're ready.
Slowly open your eyes.
