Welcome to this meditation to connect with your soul's purpose.
Find a quiet peaceful space where you can sit or lie down comfortably.
Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath in and gently let it go.
Allow yourself to fully arrive in this moment and leave behind any distractions.
This time is for you.
Begin by slowing down your breath.
Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Let each breath relax you a little bit more.
Inhale and exhale.
As you continue breathing,
Feel your body softening,
Melting into the space around you.
Now gently shift your attention to your heart,
The center of your chest.
Imagine this space filling with a soft radiant light.
This light is warm,
Loving and familiar,
Like coming home.
With every inhale,
Feel that light growing brighter and with every exhale,
Feel it expanding outwards,
Spreading through your entire body.
Take a moment to really tune into your heart.
Feel its rhythm,
Its pulse.
This is the rhythm of your soul,
The resonance of your true essence.
In this space there's no confusion,
No frustration,
Just pure deep connection.
Breathe into this space.
Feel how steady and calm it is.
Even when your mind may feel lost,
Your heart always knows.
As you stay with your heart's energy,
Ask yourself softly,
What is my soul calling me to do?
What is my soul calling me to do?
Don't force an answer,
Simply feel the response.
Maybe it's a sensation,
An image or a whisper of a word.
Allow whatever arises to flow to you naturally.
Your heart speaks through feelings,
Through energy.
Trust what you feel,
Even if it's subtle.
If nothing comes up,
Trust that your heart is listening.
Know that your soul is always speaking to you,
Even in the silence.
Sometimes clarity takes time and that's perfectly okay.
You are exactly where you need to be.
Simply being here,
Breathing with your heart,
Is enough.
Now ask yourself,
What can I release today that no longer serves my purpose?

As you breathe in and out,
Visualize anything that feels heavy or out of alignment and feel how it's being released from your heart.
With each exhale,
Feel yourself letting go.
Let go of doubt,
Let go of frustration,
Let go of fear.
As you let go,
Your heart becomes lighter,
Your heart becomes more open and more aligned with your true path.
With this openness that you've created,
Feel how your heart feels lighter and how the light of your heart grows stronger and brighter.
Visualize yourself standing tall,
Fully connected to your soul's purpose.
See yourself radiating confidence,
Clarity and joy with your heart as your guide.
Trust this feeling,
Enjoy it.
You are in perfect alignment with your truth.
As we close this meditation,
Take a few more deep breaths at your own pace and savor this connection to your heart.
Feel gratitude for the wisdom within you,
For the guidance of your soul.
When you're ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back to your body.
Wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes,
Gently reawaken your body.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Remember that you are always guided by your heart's resonance.
