Welcome to today's meditation.
Expand your awareness to encompass the furniture on which you rest and allow for any adjustments in your posture or positioning that will allow you to relax and sink into this meditation and energy healing session.
As you begin to get comfortable,
Allow yourself to take a deep breath that flows all the way into your belly button and with the release let it go as though you are putting down a heavy bag of groceries.
Allow the feeling of releasing the burden to echo from your breath and your arms all the way into the rest of your body.
Explore the sense of relief that arises as you release your burden.
Build upon the sensation of release by easing your awareness very very lightly into the sensation.
If you ease into it slowly and gently enough it will start to expand all on its own so try that now.
Continue to lightly ease into the sensation and if you don't seem to experience any expansion then allow your level of concentration and focus to soften and reduce and minimize.
The less you do in this technique the more the expansion occurs for you.
Simply allow expansion of the sensation of relief to flood through you.
Let go even more.
Allow the expansion to deepen.
Let it flow deeper and deeper into your entire being.
The expansion of relief.
The development of the sensation of release.
And the experience of opening all generate more and more clarity within your system.
Often people will experience dynamic flow and expansion of energy all throughout their body and as you reduce more and more your concentration and your tendency towards doing you can allow this expansion to flow beyond your body's borders.
Allow it to flow into the area surrounding you.
Into the electric magnetic field that flows all by itself around your whole body.
And as you deepen and practice and experience this more and more often your awareness will expand and start to notice that this field has no boundary.
See if you can experience that now.
Move outward.
Further and further beyond your system.
But maintain a very small connection to the sensation of relief and expansion.
Each time you sense that your awareness reaches the outer boundary of the sensation just be curious what happens if you ease into the boundary just as lightly or even more lightly than with the original easing in that you did into the sense of relief within the body.
Ease into each perceived boundary and notice it dissolving every time you do this when you're very very gentle.
So practice this now for the next few minutes as you are supported by energy healing that comes through for you.
Continue to ease outward and allow expansion to happen to you.
For another minute expand further while you work on reducing your concentration even more and expanding your connection with the everything even more deeply.
However expanded you feel now can be a comparison point to how you felt before you started this meditation.
Imprint this level of expansion into your being and know that you can create a new baseline of operation for yourself.
Let this level of expansiveness be your new baseline.
When you experience external events through this lens it is much easier to navigate the things that are perceived as burdens and the events and interactions that seem to throw you off course.
When there is expansiveness and softness it allows the hard edges of difficult situations to also soften and blur and just flow with your openness.
Resolution comes much more easily when life is approached this way.
So allow this baseline to sink into every cell of your body undoing the programming that has been placed in your body from your past and feel yourself becoming lighter,
Freer and more capable of handling anything that comes your way.
And when you feel ready gently bring your awareness back into your physical form.
You may wish to wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
But still maintain a level of connection with expansiveness as you move throughout the rest of your day.
