As we enter the restful sleep of this night,

Allow your body to find a comfortable position.

In this space,

Experience your body settling into the supportive material of your mattress and your pillow,

And slowly move your awareness into the flow of your breath without changing its rhythm or rate.

And,

Simply allow your awareness to rest on the breath,

Following it with each inhale and each exhale.

Allow it to guide you deeper into your connection with the physical body.

Gently follow the flow of its rhythm,

And allow each thought that arises to simply come and pass,

Releasing it with your breath.

Remind the thinking mind that now is the time for rest.

Tonight,

You are choosing to have a restful night,

Full of deep sleep that rejuvenates every cell of your body,

And as you continue to follow the flow of your breath and continue to allow your body to feel heavy and relaxed in your bed,

Gradually move your awareness into the inside of your head.

Although this may feel like it reconnects you with the thinking mind,

This time,

Just move your awareness through the anatomy of your head without engaging with the thoughts that arise from the thinking mind.

And,

As you slowly move inward from the space between your eyebrows and move toward the center of your brain,

See if you are able to detect the sensation of connecting with your pineal gland.

As you practice,

The sensation of the pineal will become more and more apparent to you,

But in the beginning,

Understand that your simple intention is enough to create this connection.

Place your awareness in the center of your brain,

In the pineal gland,

And softly allow the pineal gland to communicate and connect with your awareness.

This is the gland that helps you generate your circadian rhythm and maintain a restful sleep.

It helps you with melatonin production and is said to connect with your psychic senses as well.

So,

As you connect with your pineal gland,

Rest within its frequency and softly ease your awareness deeper and deeper into the energies of the pineal gland.

The softer you are with how you approach your anatomy,

The more easily any energetic resistance can dissolve.

Continue to lightly ease your awareness into the infinite potential of your pineal,

Allow its vibration to extend beyond its physical form into your brain,

Throughout your head.

And while you maintain your awareness in the gland,

Only allow a piece of your awareness to experience the flow that extends downward into your body,

All the way through your chest,

Your abdomen,

Your back,

Your hips,

Your legs,

And into your feet.

There is a softness to the energy of the pineal that creates a beautiful dynamic within the body that fosters and encourages a very restful sleep.

So,

Maintain your gentle awareness within the gland as you allow it to modulate your system and the rest of your body to encourage an amazing and rejuvenating restful night.

Stay within the pineal for the next few minutes.

Energies come through to support you in this process,

Allow the body to follow the guidance of the pineal as your body continues to soften and drift toward restfulness.

Take this opportunity to establish a healthy sleep programming for your subconscious mind.

Subconscious mind,

Tonight is the first of many nights where my sleep becomes deeper,

Healthier,

And more healing than the previous night.

I will sleep through until morning and I will wake up feeling more and more vitality every morning.
