Find a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes and bring awareness to your breath.
Take a deep inhale through your nose,
Hold it,
And now exhale through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale deeply,
Filling your body with energy,
And exhale,
Releasing any doubt you may have.
One more time,
Inhale confidence,
And exhale any resistance you may have.
I want you to allow yourself to fully arrive into this moment.
Scan your body from head to toe,
Noticing any tension you may have.
Gently relax your forehead,
Your jaw,
Your shoulders,
Your hands,
And let your body feel supported and at ease.
With each breath,
Feel a growing sense of lightness,
As if you are shedding any weight that no longer serves you.
Now imagine yourself one year from today.
You have grown,
You've evolved,
And you have stepped into the best version of yourself.
I want you to see yourself clearly.
Where are you?
What are you wearing?
And what energy do you carry?
Notice how you speak,
How you walk,
And how you interact with others.
Now,
I want you to ask yourself these questions and think about it as you take some more deep breaths.
What habits does this version of me practice on a daily?
How does this person that I want to be handle challenges?
What emotions do they embody?
Is it confidence,
Patience,
Discipline?
Let the image become more vivid.
Your brain is creating new neural pathways and connections,
Preparing you to embody this version of yourself.
Now gently shift your focus to the steps that brought you to the person you want to be.
Your future self didn't appear overnight.
They made small,
Consistent choices.
Now as you keep breathing,
Ask yourself these questions and reflect on them.
What is one key habit that I need to build and become this version of myself?
What limiting belief do I have that needs to be released?
What daily mindset shift will help me move closer to this version?
Now visualize yourself making these changes effortlessly.
Maybe it's waking up earlier,
Prioritizing self-care,
Speaking with confidence,
Or saying yes to new work.
New opportunities.
With each inhale,
You integrate this future into your present.
With each exhale,
You release any old patterns you may be holding back.
Now take a deep breath in,
And exhale slowly.
Now gently bring your awareness back.
There's absolutely no rush.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
