Good morning and welcome to this moment of peace before the world around you fully wakes up.

Take this time to ground yourself in gratitude and to acknowledge the beauty of this new day and the blessings that already surround you.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable position whether you're lying down,

Sitting up in bed,

Or resting in a quiet space.

Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Let's do that again.

Inhale deeply,

Filling your lungs,

And as you exhale,

Let go of any tensions or any worries that might be lingering from yesterday.

This is a new moment,

A new day,

And a fresh start.

Now bring your awareness to your body.

Feel the surface beneath you holding and supporting you.

Notice the warmth of your skin,

The gentle rise and fall of your breath,

And invite a sense of relaxation into your body with each inhale and each exhale.

Let your shoulders drop,

Your jaw release,

Your hands rest,

And know that you are here,

You are safe,

You are present,

And you're ready for all the blessings today will bring you.

Now let's turn our focus towards some gratitude.

I want you to think about one thing that brings warmth to your heart,

Something simple yet meaningful.

It could be the softness of your bed,

The sound of a loved one nearby,

Or the feeling of fresh air entering your lungs.

Now let that gratitude fill you up like sunlight spreading through your body.

Now expand your awareness.

What else could you be grateful for in this moment?

Maybe it's the strength in your body,

A lesson you've learned,

Or an opportunity you have ahead.

Let these thoughts build,

Stacking like stones in a beautiful foundation of appreciation.

You are supported,

And you are provided for.

You have everything you need in this moment.

Imagine yourself standing in the golden light of the morning sun.

Feel its warmth on your skin.

In front of you,

You see a path stretching ahead.

It's your day unfolding before you.

With every step,

Gratitude guides you.

You move through this day with lightness,

Peace,

And an open heart.

As you breathe in,

Say to yourself,

I am grateful for today.

And as you exhale,
