Take a breath in and imagine stepping into a warm living room on a peaceful Christmas morning.

The lights on the tree glow softly,

The house is quiet,

The world outside feels still and covered in gentle winter light.

Let your breath slow,

Let your body loosen and let yourself be fully here in this moment.

Now imagine holding a warm mug,

Cocoa,

Coffee,

Tea,

Whatever feels the most comforting for you.

Feel that warmth spreading through your palms,

Your wrists,

Your chest.

With every inhale,

Feel the warmth expanding throughout your body.

With every exhale,

I want you to feel your heart softening.

Now bring to mind one moment from the season you're grateful for.

It doesn't have to be big,

Just something real,

Something human,

And something simple.

Maybe it's the sound of your child's laugh,

Maybe even the smell of pine,

Maybe a moment of quiet with someone you love,

Or maybe even the relief of surviving a hard day.

I want you to hold that moment gently,

Let it warm you from the inside.

Now imagine a soft snowfall outside,

A reminder that life can be quiet,

Slow,

And gentle,

And that you're allowed to slow down with it.

I want you to repeat these softly in your mind.

I am here,

I am grateful for this season,

I am becoming the woman I'm meant to be.

Now take in one more deep inhale,

And a soft releasing exhale.

Whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes and carry the glow of this Christmas morning with you into the rest of your day.

Thank you.
