Welcome to this quick thought reset.

Let's start by beginning with a gentle inhale.

And let your mind know that we're pausing,

Not fighting.

Feel the weight of your body,

Supported by whatever you're sitting on.

And remember,

Your thoughts can keep moving,

You just don't have to chase them.

Once again,

Inhale slowly.

Imagine gathering the scattered thoughts into one soft place in your chest.

Exhale fully,

And imagine the mind clearing like snow settling after a storm.

I want you to repeat these with me.

Breathing in,

I gather.

Breathing out,

I let go.

Let the mind unclench.

Let your body soften by 5%.

That is enough for now.

You are back,

And you are safe.

Thank you for listening,

And I hope this meditation brought you a bit of peace in today.

Remember to review if this meditation was helpful to you.

Thank you.
