This is Day 3 of the 7-Day Sleep Meditation Series, created to guide you into deep sleep while awakening you to who you truly are. Tonight, we enter the energy of alignment. Alignment does not mean becoming something different. It means resting as you are — pure awareness, pure being. In this guided sleep meditation, you will: - Let go of the noise of the mind. - Relax the body and surrender all resistance. - Align with your true self — the infinite presence that you already are. As you rest in this state of being, sleep will come naturally. True alignment is not about forcing life into place — it’s about remembering that you are already one with the flow of existence. From this place of surrender and presence, you open to peace, love, healing, and the effortless unfolding of life.

Welcome,

To day 3 of the 7 day sleep series.

Day 3 is all about alignment.

In this meditation,

You are going to align yourself,

With your essence,

And with the reason you came here.

Before we begin,

Take a moment to find yourself a comfortable position,

And close your eyes.

Begin by taking a very slow and very deep breath in through your nose,

And slowly let all of the air flow out of your body.

Slowly,

Another slow breath in through your nose,

Hold it,

And exhale,

And with every exhale,

Allow yourself to sink a little deeper into your bed.

Hold it,

Another breath,

Slow and steady,

Hold it,

And exhale,

Completely sinking into even deeper relaxation,

And allow your breath to flow naturally,

And to relax your mind and body,

More and more.

Feel it calming you,

With every exhale,

And feel how it flows in,

And flows out of your body.

Now,

Can you notice that behind your breath,

Behind the body,

There is something constant?

Awareness,

The simple fact that you are,

Before thoughts,

Before names,

Before stories,

There is this undeniable sense of I exist,

Rest in that,

You don't have to hold on to it,

Just notice,

You are pure,

Silent,

Aware being,

Notice that you do not have to try to be aware,

Awareness simply is.

Who you are is not the story of today,

Or yesterday,

Or tomorrow,

Who you are is the silence that all stories arise in.

Even your thoughts appear inside of this awareness,

Yet,

This awareness itself never moves,

Never changes,

So it is perfectly fine if your thoughts keep arising.

Just notice the one who is aware of them,

That is you,

That is your essence,

Without trying,

Stay there,

Keep recognizing it for a moment,

Formless,

Timeless,

Free from everything.

From this infinite perspective,

Look at your human life again,

Feel into it,

And ask yourself,

What quality longs to be expressed through me?

What is it that I want to be,

That I want to radiate?

Is it love,

Freedom,

Or maybe it is something beyond words,

Just a feeling,

A vibration that you recognize or feel,

But you cannot give words to it,

That is perfectly fine,

Just notice it,

And just allow it to come up more and more,

Tune into it consciously,

And allow yourself to feel,

To vibrate,

To be this.

We could say that this is your purpose,

Your reason for being here.

Your unique expression as the infinite one,

Become it,

All that there is for you,

And feel the gentle smile in your heart,

Let your breath carry this alignment deeper into every cell,

Every thought,

Every heartbeat,

Now,

There is nothing more to do,

You have tuned in,

Aligned,

And remembered,

Let it all go,

No need to hold on to this vibration,

It is you,

It will live through you,

Effortlessly,

Surrender it all,

Give it away,

You are safe,

Allow yourself to sink into deeper relaxation,

As the infinite.
