Sit up and close your eyes and take a deep breath into your heart and hold it there and exhale letting all of the air flow out of your body and at the end hold it.

Another breath into your heart,

Slowly,

Hold it and relax,

Exhale.

Another slow breath,

Filling your heart up with love,

Hold it and exhale,

Relax all of your attention,

All of your focus on your heart and feel your heart being activated by your breath and your attention,

Breathe into it,

Feel it,

Your heart and feel your breath flowing in and flowing out of your heart,

Getting slower and deeper and feel how,

By focusing on your heart,

Your mind becomes more and more quiet.

Whenever a thought comes up,

Just gently come back to your heart,

Now,

It is time to change your state of being.

What is it that you want to manifest?

Take a moment to become aware of what it is that you want to create.

Become as clear as possible.

The world you see is a reflection of your state of being,

So ask yourself,

What would my state of being be like if I had already manifested this?

How would you feel and how would you think?

How would you be in this new reality?

As you start visualizing your manifestation as if already here,

Tune into that state of As you make this vision more real,

Feel the emotions coming up,

See it,

Feel it,

Become that person,

Now.

Tune into that more and feel those emotions within you as if your manifestation is already here,

Now.

Tune into it more and more,

Lose yourself in this new reality.

And now,

If you want this reality to become true,

How would you have to feel today?

And how would you have to act?

Become aware of it.

And what are things that you need to leave behind?

Certain behaviors or thoughts that do not fit in your new reality.

Try to become aware of that.

And as you do,

Visualize yourself going through this day as this new version of yourself.

See yourself,

Ignoring current circumstances and people,

And feel how you stay true to this new state of being.

Only with persistence and consistency in this new state of being,

Will your manifestation become a fact.

So stay there,

Live as this new person,

Live in this state of being.

And let nothing take it away from you.

Now come back to your body and feel your breath flowing in and flowing out.

And take a moment to set your intention for today,

The intention to live in this new state of being,

No matter the circumstances.
