Become happier,
And improve our relationships.
I invite you to reflect daily.
You can do this in

I will guide you through reflection by providing a question.
Today I would like
To invite you to reflect on what you would like to let go of that is no
Longer serving you.
Perhaps it is a negative feeling,
An argument you had
With a friend,
Co-worker,
Or loved one,
A resentment you are carrying,
Anything
That is not contributing positively to your life.
Take some time to reflect.
If that was not enough time,
I invite you to take more time alone or hit pause.
Now tell this thought you will no longer let it sit with you or control you.

Will go forward with positivity.
