Welcome back!
We're here at track five,
Blossom From Within.
As we come to the end of this return to self journey This practice is an opportunity to gently gather all that you've experienced over the past few days.
Together we'll integrate the tools you've explored,
The pausing,
The softening.
Receiving support and reconnecting with what nourishes you.
So you can carry them with you into everyday life.
So let's take a moment to start to settle into either a comfortable seat or a lying position.
And if it feels safe to do so,
Gently close your eyes or a simple soft gaze.
And we'll begin here by just noticing the breath,
Just as it is.
This gentle rhythm of your inhale.
And the soft release of your exhale.
And feel that support beneath you allowing your body to settle and soften.
Will bring awareness to your feet.
Your legs.
Your pelvis.
Your spine.
Your shoulders.
And finally the crown of your head.
Sense the quiet steadiness within your body.
And now gently reflect on the path we've travelled together.
We first remember the simple power of pausing,
Just taking a moment for yourself.
Recall how you've learned to soften the overwhelm using grounding.
So noticing where our body is in and on the surface.
Orientating yourself to the space you're in.
And settling into a little bit of space through perhaps lingering in that longer exhalation.
We bring to mind the experience of being supported,
Holding yourself with compassion and allowing yourself to recede.
Let's remember that by inviting the warmth of your hand perhaps across your heart space,
Your chest or draping embrace over your body.
Giving yourself a little bit of a hug.
And finally reconnecting with those practices and things that help you return to yourself.
Remembering what truly nourishes and sustains you.
The affirmation we used,
I honour myself through small loving actions.
Honour myself through small loving actions.
What things are we putting into place?
Maybe that walk in nature.
That new book to pause and read and just take a little bit of time for ourselves.
So notice these elements as they come together forming a bit of a foundation or support that you can return to at any time.
And we'll imagine now within you lies a small sea.
Representing the intention to care for yourself.
And live with greater presence and balance.
So with each inhale,
Imagine this seed within receiving nourishment.
And with each exhale,
Sense it gently remembering to blossom.
There's no need to force this growth.
It unfolds naturally in its own time.
Inhale receiving nourishment.
Exhale sense yourself beginning to blossom.
And silently offer yourself this affirmation.
I blossom from within.
I blossom from within.
Consider one small intention you'd like to carry forward.
Perhaps pausing during the day.
Taking that nourishing walk or offering yourself a moment of compassion,
Hand on heart or that little hug.
Allowing this intention to settle gently within you.
And as you continue to breathe here.
Recognize the returning to yourself does not require perfect conditions or a large amount of time.
Even a few conscious breaths can reconnect you to this sense of steadiness and inner calm.
Knowing that the sanctuary you've touched throughout this course is always available within your breath,
Your body and your awareness.
And begin to deepen the breath,
Inviting a few gentle movements back into the body.
We'll wiggle the fingers and the toes,
Perhaps the roll of the shoulders,
Whatever feels nice or organic in the body.
And if your eyes are closed we'll slowly blink them open,
Just taking in those surroundings with a renewed sense of presence,
That experience of orientating ourselves.
And as we close this final track.
Take a moment to acknowledge yourself for showing up on this journey.
Creating space to return to yourself is a meaningful act of self-care and courage.
Thank you for allowing me to guide you through these practices,
It has been my honour to share this time with you.
May you continue to carry these tools with you.
Pausing when needed.
Softening the overwhelm through that little exhalation extension.
Receiving support even if it's from yourself.
And remembering what truly nourishes you.
Until next time,
Take gentle care of yourself.
Namaste.
