Go ahead and receive a breath,

A real one.

Not the shallow kind you survive with,

Inhale through your nose,

Exhale slowly through your mouth.

Drop your shoulders,

Unclench your jaw,

Loosen your grip.

You're safe in this moment.

You're not here to perform calm,

You're here to feel it.

Bring your awareness to your body.

What's calling for your attention right now?

Maybe your chest,

Your throat,

Or that tension clinging to your shoulders like armor.

Whatever it is,

Go there,

Gently.

No fixing,

No judging,

Just witnessing.

That's where your power lives.

Place one hand on that spot.

Let it know,

I'm here,

I've got you.

Now take a slow,

Deep breath into that space.

Exhale like you're melting the weight away.

Inhale,

This body,

She's brilliant.

She remembers everything,

And she's been doing her best to keep you safe.

So we're not here to override her.

We're here to reassure her,

To let her know we're not in survival mode anymore.

I am grounded in the truth of this moment.

My nervous system knows how to come home to calm.

Now take a breath so deep your soul feels it.

Hold it at the top and release it slow,

Like a sacred exhale.

Let the energy shift.

Let your body settle.

Notice how you feel.

The body softens when it's heard.

The breath deepens when it's honored.

The chaos quiets when the queen remembers her throne.

You didn't abandon yourself.

You listened.

And that is the work.

That's the revolution.
