Do not listen while driving or operating heavy machinery.

This meditation includes Reiki infused energy and light language,

The cosmic language of the soul.

It may sound unfamiliar to your mind like gibberish,

But your soul understands it deeply.

Reiki is a divine life force energy guided by source.

It transcends time and space and flows to you when invited with intention.

Open your heart and simply receive.

Welcome to your nervous system reset,

Made specifically for over thinkers,

Deep feelers and anyone who just can't turn their mind off.

You don't need to silence your thoughts.

You just need to remind your body that it's safe.

Now take a breath,

A deep one.

Inhale through your nose.

Hold it.

Now exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let the noise drain out with it.

Drop your shoulders.

Unclench your jaw.

Feel your feet.

You are here in this moment,

In this body.

Now bring your attention to your breath.

Don't control it.

Just observe.

Where does it feel tight?

Where is it shallow?

Where does your body feel unheard?

Take your awareness there gently without judgment.

No fixing.

Just presence.

Now slowly begin a body scan starting at the crown of your head.

As I name each part,

Bring your attention there.

And allow it to soften.

Forehead.

Cheeks.

Jaw.

Neck.

Shoulders.

Knees.

Chest.

Ankles.

Anywhere you feel tension,

Imagine it melting.

Let the Reiki energy begin to flow now.

There's nothing you need to do.

Just imagine a golden mist surrounding your body.

Soft,

Steady,

Divine.

It moves through your field like a wave of calm.

Not forcing,

Just inviting.

You may feel warmth,

Tingles,

Or even nothing at all.

That's okay.

The energy is working either way.

Now speak this into your nervous system out loud or within.

I am safe to pause.

I am safe to breathe.

I am safe to not know what comes next.

Just let that land.

Now begin to return to the space around you.

Wiggle your fingers.

Wiggle your toes.

Drop your chin to your chest.

Slowly lift your head.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and exhale with a sigh of release.

As you return,

Rise in this truth.

You are an unstoppable badass,

Worthy of everything your heart desires.
